Originally a pond dug by men and wheelbarrows, it has now been emptied, cleaned and stocked. While it is a calming sight and makes a major contribution to the serenity of the area, it is also a key player in your holidays and events. Fishing trips, boat tours, team-building activities of all kinds - the generous nature of the Domaine is yours for the taking.

All around, the forest extends over ten hectares, patiently inventoried, pruned and replanted according to an official management plan that respects its balance. The forest is so rich that over a hundred species of mushroom have been identified, including five that have never been seen before in the Vendée, like so many treasures hidden by nature.

The exterior of the estate has been enchanted to match today's desires: a generous orchard has been created, as has an elegant swimming pool where you can indulge in the gentle passing of time. Between water, forest and gardens, l'ÉTABLIÈRE creates a living, poetic landscape, designed to awaken the senses and prolong the art of la dolce vita.
